Auctaine

The enterprise AI governance framework, in four books and a kit

Auctaine™ is built on one claim: An AI system is a governed capability: an assembly of a model, its context and an authority to act — granted at a level proportionate to what it can cost, against evidence it must keep producing, and withdrawn on the same terms it was granted.

Most organizations govern AI one project at a time. The Auctaine series argues that the thing to govern is authority: what each AI system is permitted to do, who granted it, what evidence sustains it, and how it is taken back. Three books, one framework, each written for a different reader. Read them in any order: they share one vocabulary and one worked example, and cite each other by clause. The reference volume, AI Governance & Management, carries the full evidence behind all three.
